We are currently transitioning giving platforms from Pushpay to Planning Center. We've long considered this switch; it will integrate better with our other systems and save the church money. This means when you give, things will look slightly different, and you might have to reenter some information.

If you have recurring gifts set up, please follow the instructions below to stop payments to the old platform and set up a recurring gift on the new platform.

• Click HERE to go to the old Pushpay platform
• Click "Your Account" in the top right-hand corner

• Click "Manage Account"

• Sign in using your phone number OR email and password

• In the top right, under the "Recurring gifts" heading, click "Edit" on the gifts you'd like to stop

• Click on "Actions" in the top right
• Click "Cancel Schedule"

• Click "Yes, cancel"

• Click the back arrow to repeat this process if you have more than one recurring gift

• When you are done, your homepage should look like the below picture under the "Recurring gifts" heading. If it looks like this, you have successfully stopped payments to the old giving platform.

• Click HERE to go to the new Planning Center platform
• Enter the $ amount you would like to give

• Click the dropdown arrow next to Tithes if you would like to change where your recurring payment is allocated

• Click the drop-down arrow next to "One Time"
• Click "Regularly" to set up a recurring gift

• Adjust when and how often you would like to make a recurring gift using the drop-down options

• Enter your Email, First name, and Last Name
• Click "Continue"

• If it prompts you, answer the security question
• Click "Verify"

• If you would like to set up your recurring payment via card, enter your card information
• There is an OPTIONAL checkbox to cover the card processing fee for the church. If you would like to do that, check the box next to "Add $___ to cover the processing fee"
• Click "Start giving $___ weekly/monthly/etc."

• If you would like to give via ACH, click "Log in to access saved payment methods or add a bank account"
• Giving through ACH does save the church money on processing fees
• See separate instructions below if you would like to set up ACH

• When your recurring payment is successfully set up, you should see the message below

• Follow all the instructions above, but instead of entering card information, click "Log in to access saved payment methods or add a bank account"

• Enter your email or phone number to either log in or set up an account

• When logged in, click "Add payment method"

• Click "US bank account"

• Enter your First name, Last name, and search for your bank
• Click "Add payment method"

• Click "Agree and continue"

• Log in using your bank username and password
• Click "Continue"

• If prompted, select which option your want to verify your identity
• Click "Continue"

• Enter the verification code sent to you
• Click "Continue"

• Select which account you would like your ACH gift to be connected to
• Click "Connect account"

• If the connection was successful, you'll see the below screen
• Click "Back to North Pointe Community Church" (PROCESS IS NOT COMPLETE YET)

• Click "Add payment method"

• Set up your recurring gift using the above instructions and select your bank account under the "Select payment method"

• Click "Start giving $___ weekly/monthly/etc." to begin your ACH recurring gift
